Our leads are responding to one of our nationwide foreclosure or bank owned ads, but experience has proven that these are just regular people who are ready to buy, nervous about the market and want to make sure they are getting a good deal. They usually are not working with an agent yet and haven’t responded to the other type of sites that are obviously just farming out their information to any Real Estate agent that will buy it.

We tried it all. We made people call our 800# to get a price on homes. We made people “register” on our site to get access to MLS listings they could get for no hassle anywhere else. Yes, it all worked to a degree, but it wasn’t nearly as effective as providing a valuable service. The best thing about our leads is that they are exchanging their information for a service they will value! They are looking for a professional agent willing to sort through, not merely provide, information about the best values in their market.
